How to report copyright infringement on SellFeetOnline.

SellFeetOnline respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from everyone who uses https://sellfeetonline.com. This page explains how to report content on our Site that you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Reporting infringement on our Site

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@sellfeetonline.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  3. the exact URL of the material on our Site that you want removed;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Misrepresentation

Please make sure your notice is accurate. Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, we will stop working with contributors or partners who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Were your photos stolen from a selling platform?

We do not host seller photos, but content theft is a common problem for sellers. If your images have been reposted without permission on another website, you can usually send a DMCA takedown notice directly to that website or its hosting provider, and to search engines to remove the links.
